We work with government at every level, from federal agencies to Puerto Rico municipalities, as both a prime contractor and a subcontracting partner. Capstone Mechanical & General Contractor LLC is a certified participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration's 8(a) Business Development Program, which allows federal agencies to award contracts to us directly, including through sole-source and set-aside procurements. We are registered in the System for Award Management, and we hold active eligibility in Puerto Rico's Registro Único de Licitadores, the government's single registry of qualified bidders. As a Latino-owned firm, we bring both the credentials and the local knowledge that government and federal work demands.

Our experience with public-sector projects goes back to our founding, when we supported recovery and reconstruction across the island after Hurricane Maria. Since then we have delivered construction, mechanical, electrical and specialized industrial work for federal, government and institutional clients throughout Puerto Rico. We understand the documentation, safety standards and reporting that public contracts require, and we manage them as part of the job rather than an afterthought.
