Every project starts with a conversation and a clear estimate, so you know the scope and the cost before work begins. From there we plan the sequence, coordinate our own crews and trusted subcontractors, and keep the trades moving together instead of waiting on one another. Douglas M. Rivera Cuevas leads Capstone Mechanical & General Contractor LLC, a Latino-owned, SBA 8(a) certified general contractor based in Puerto Rico. A mechanical engineer by training, he directs construction management, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, and specialized refractory and concrete work for federal, government, pharmaceutical and industrial clients across the island.

It Started In A Storm

In 2017, just days before Hurricane Maria, our company opened its doors. When the storm passed, we went to work helping Puerto Rico rebuild, and we have not stopped since. What began with recovery grew into a full-service contractor trusted by federal, industrial and commercial clients across the island. The same commitment to quality, safety and reliability still guides every project we take on.
